For the fulfillment of the statutory purpose and directions of activity,
the organization has the right to:
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of state and public programs and measures for the development of criminal law and crime prevention.
- Undertake measures to fulfill statutory goals and directions of activity, conducting necessary operations.
- Petition state and other institutions and bodies for assistance in addressing statutory objectives.
- Determine the procedure and amount of remuneration for the organization’s employees.
- Acquire, in accordance with established procedures, the right to attend meetings of local self-government bodies and state authorities.
- Collaborate with state authorities, receive state support for the organization’s activities.
- Establish and develop humanitarian relations, exchange information and specialists in accordance with the statutory goals and directions of the organization’s activities.
- Disseminate information and promote its ideas, goals, and activities.
- Participate in the organization and financing of joint programs and projects with state authorities, local self-government bodies, other enterprises, organizations, institutions, and individuals.
- Participate in the organization and financing, as well as independently conduct conferences, seminars, and other events related to the statutory goals and directions of the organization’s activities.
- Establish media outlets and participate in charitable organizations and charitable activities.
- Establish, receive, and provide awards, scholarships, grants, and other forms of incentives and support aimed at achieving the organization’s goals.
- Enter into contractual relations with state, public, private, foreign, commercial, and other organizations, institutions, and enterprises, as well as with individuals, conclude contracts, agreements, and other legal acts, including donation agreements, including being a donor.
- Organize the collection of voluntary donations and contributions from individuals and legal entities, including foreign states and international organizations, in the manner determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
- Establish, receive, and provide awards, scholarships, grants, and other forms of incentives and support aimed at achieving the organization’s goals.
